Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV)

Megaworld Corporation in partnership with the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) authorizes the developer to facilitate applications for the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa of qualified foreign clients investing in its real estate products.

Special Resident Retiree’s Visa or SRRV is a special non-immigrant, multiple-entry, indefinite-stay visa which allows holders to stay in the Philippines for as long as they wish to stay in the Philippines without giving up their citizenship.  SRRV is a core product of Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

Conversion of Deposits

Retirees who qualified to join the PRA Retirement Program has the option to convert their time deposit into active investments after a holding period of 30 days from the date of SRRV issuance.

Total amount of investments must be at least USD50,000 for conversion to be allowed.
